So today we visited the Department of Commerce in Valletta and we were given our Hawkers License/Trading permit. So we are now legally allowed to operate as a food business in Malta. It’s been a massive journey to get to this stage and it started a long time ago. But it’s been basically our lives the last 14 months. In celebration of our victory today, I’ve put together a little video to round up the last 14 months for Steve and I on our journey towards this day.
